Here at Caseproof customer service is our primary focus. As your technical partner, we will ensure that your business's online presence matches your real world goals. Other hosting providers either expect their customers to learn all of the details of getting their website online, or they provide "simple, self-service" products that are invariably more complicated than the customer expects. We believe that you should spend your time developing and marketing your product–not learning the complexities of computer engineering. When you sign with Caseproof, you remove the stress of online business.
Once you select any of our hosting plans or website services, you will be contacted by a Caseproof representative. You will then be assigned a Caseproof Account Manager who is responsible for you and your website. Our Account Managers’ responsibilities go beyond those of normal company representatives. Our managers will help you:
- Register, configure, and manage all of your domain names.
- Transfer files to and from the server on which your website is hosted.
- Provide technical support in setting up your email accounts and improving your overall service.
- Add new email accounts and aliases.
- Make minor changes to your original Caseproof website as requested.
