Caseproof was founded in 2004 in response to the lack of human interaction and customer support in most hosting services. Hosting providers increasingly depend on 'self-service' and automated 'solutions' that assume customers want to waste time learning new tools and web services. Often, hosting providers route support calls to India (or other off-shore locations) and are not upfront about the quality and source of their customer support. Caseproof has gone against the automated or 'self-service' approach. We love technology but feel that nothing can replace the coherent, human, interactive help we provide for our customers. It is this approach that differentiates us from the pack and makes us the best hosting provider out there.
